Kapil Khan heads Talent Management for Samar Staffing’s global operations and is also responsible for Key Account Management including Service Delivery.
A leading tech professional, Kapil Khan brings more than 12 years of in-depth industry experience that spans Technology Talent Management, Business Development, Key Account Management, and Service Delivery across the Asia Pacific.
Kapil Khan holds an engineering degree from the prestigious University. His academic background and professional experience equip him with the insights and skills necessary to steer our company Samar Staffing & IT Solutions toward continued growth and innovation.

Ashwani Rathi – Sr. Vice President

Ashwani brings more than 15 years of IT marketing, client management, and business development experience and he has held several leadership roles in IT companies in the Asia Pacific spanning consulting, delivery, and sales.

As part of the leadership team, Ashwaniactively shapes Samar Staffing’s business, marketing, and communication strategy. Anurag also maintains oversight of the ongoing delivery of results, Monitoring and evaluating other employees’ work, including managing various divisions and departmental reports and submissions
